DRIVESHARE connects owners of classic and unique vehicles with customers booking them for weddings, memorable drives, chauffeur experiences, and photo or film shoots.
The role involves providing high-quality support to both vehicle owners and customers throughout their journey on the platform. This includes handling enquiries, assisting with vehicle listings and bookings, resolving issues from start to finish, and ensuring all interactions are clear, professional, and timely. You’ll manage cases across email, chat, and digital channels, keep records updated using CRM systems, collaborate with colleagues to solve problems, and take initiative to handle queries independently while escalating more complex issues when needed.
We’re looking for someone with a background in customer service who is confident communicating across digital channels and comfortable using a range of tools, including CRM systems and AI products. The ideal candidate is approachable, well-organised, and detail-focused, with the ability to manage tasks through to completion. A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility to support customers across different time zones are key to succeeding in this role.
