Sapphire Care Limited is currently seeking a kind, reliable, and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at The Grest, our warm and welcoming residential care home in Ramsey.
We currently have one night shift available.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs — including personal care, mealtimes, mobility, and general wellbeing. You’ll help to create a safe, respectful, and homely environment, always promoting dignity and independence. You’ll also contribute to making each day meaningful by offering companionship, engaging in conversation, and helping with activities.
You don’t need formal qualifications to apply, and full training will be provided. What matters most is your genuine passion for caring for others, your empathy, and your ability to work well as part of a team. While previous experience in care is an advantage, it’s not essential.
