Innova Law is seeking a capable and motivated Paralegal to join our modern advocate’s practice in Douglas. Working closely with the Director and advocates, you will assist with a broad mix of legal and administrative tasks including the preparation of witness statements, drafting documents, assembling court bundles, and managing client onboarding and compliance checks. We are looking for candidates with strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work calmly under pressure with a professional manner. While previous experience in professional services is advantageous, we welcome applications from recent graduates or those due to graduate in summer 2026 who possess the right aptitude and a desire to develop a career in law.
