Comis Hotel & Golf Resort is looking for a Hotel Services Associate to support the delivery of excellent guest service across the resort.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering a range of guest-facing duties including reception, concierge support, food and beverage service, housekeeping support and general guest assistance.
Main duties include:
Assisting with guest check-in and check-out.
Supporting porter and concierge duties.
Transporting guests and golfers across the site, including airport and sea terminal pick-up/drop-off where required.
Assisting with food and beverage service.
Processing room charges and supporting folio management.
Supporting housekeeping duties when needed.
Carrying out standards checks and refreshing public areas and rest rooms.
Supporting management with the delivery of a high standard of guest service.
The successful candidate will have:
Good communication and customer service skills.
A professional and positive approach.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Previous hospitality, hotel or leisure experience would be an advantage.
Additional information
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7. This role requires extra hours and weekend working.
