We have an exciting opportunity to join Integrated Benefits International as a Customer Review Technician on a 12 month fixed term contract within our Customer Review Team. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful contribution by helping ensure our corporate customers meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, playing a vital part in protecting both our customers and our business.
This position offers real autonomy and influence. You’ll collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across Integrated Benefits International and the wider Zurich business, giving you excellent exposure and opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your career.
Working as part of a supportive, close-knit team, you’ll be involved in:
Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve AML-related queries.
Engaging with customers to ensure their AML information is accurate and up to date.
Reviewing company AML documentation and recording outcomes on internal systems.
Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Integrated Benefits International and Zurich.
