In this pivotal role, you will take responsibility for the settlement functions of the Company, ensuring that appropriate recording and controls are maintained. You will also foster and maintain client relationships with private clients, Fund Managers, and institutions, delivering exceptional service at all times. Your daily responsibilities will include diligently chasing contract notes with Fund Managers to minimise outstanding items, developing service procedures and standards, and producing various reports to assist both internal and external clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of client service while ensuring adherence to strict internal and regulatory control policies, including the accurate collection and completion of all required documentation.
