Part time Barrista

Role Purpose
To deliver high standards of quality, presentation, and guest experience - This person must be able to demonstrate 12 months or more of barrista experience and demonstrate this at interview.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and flair.
Support other team members and front of house as and when required.
Ensure smooth daily operations, including stock management, waste reduction, and cleanliness
Deliver excellent guest service, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
Support café events
Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times, including holding a Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate or willingness to obtain it
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a barista, ideally in a café or bistro setting with café and bistro service experience
Creativity and passion for coffee, presentation, and guest experience
Ability to work confidently under pressure and manage up to 100 covers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
