Our client is seeking a Business Assurance Manager for their Business Control Unit, located in the Isle of Man. This role is a full-time position, playing a critical part in ensuring that operations within the organisation comply with all regulations through rigorous monitoring and control processes. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and controlling risk exposure, particularly relating to Operational and Anti-Money Laundering risks. This position requires a proactive individual who will implement procedures to minimise risks to the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services regulations and will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure legal and statutory compliance.
