Our client is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to temporarily lead the Asset Services team for a duration of 12 months. This role involves providing inspirational leadership to enhance the training and development of all team members, ensuring the delivery of operational excellence. The Asset Services team collaborates closely with colleagues across various departments to meet all relevant internal and regulatory policies while delivering a seamless and efficient service to clients and intermediaries. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of excellent customer service, facilitating team meetings, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Regular performance assessments of team members will be conducted, offering support, coaching, and constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement. Moreover, the individual will set team and departmental goals to align with the Group KPIs and oversee the hiring and cross-training of new team members. Management Information (MI) will be collated, and quality control checks will be conducted to enhance operational efficiency and the overall client journey.
