Join us as a Shift Operations Technician at our Energy Recovery Facility on the Isle of Man, where we generate clean electricity from residual waste and support a greener, more circular economy.
You’ll help keep our Isle of Man energy recovery plant running safely and efficiently:
Monitor, control, and optimise plant processes using the Distributed Control System (DCS), quickly identifying and resolving issues.
Operate and maintain water tube boilers, including water analysis, chemistry monitoring, and ensuring optimal performance.
Perform safe system isolations to protect people, plant, and the environment.
Carry out regular checks, fault diagnosis, and support safe, reliable energy generation during normal operations, start-ups, shutdowns, and emergencies.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and environmental legislation at all times.
