The Hospitality Assistant provides practical support across front desk, food & beverage, housekeeping and events to ensure seamless guest experience.
Key responsibility in this role is supporting bar operations by actively promoting drinks and ensuring guest have a lasting impression through excellent service.
Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-focused approach are essential.
This role will be based on rota, 5 out of 7 days in a week.
