Think Recruitment Works are recruiting a Marketing Manager for a leading business. This role focuses on delivering marketing campaigns, digital strategy, and brand activity within a B2B environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns that drive both brand awareness and lead generation. You will manage digital channels including website content via CMS and outbound digital activity, while also overseeing media planning, budgets, and supplier relationships.
The role also includes producing marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting PR activity. You will coordinate events including trade shows, customer events, and corporate hospitality, as well as managing partner and supplier relationships alongside marketing budgets. Campaign performance tracking and reporting will also form part of the role.
Applicants should be CIM qualified or degree educated with a minimum of five years’ marketing experience. You should have a strong background in campaign management, digital marketing, and events, along with experience managing agencies or external suppliers. B2B, CRM, or telecoms/IT experience would be advantageous.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
