Think Recruitment Works are recruiting a Professional Services Engineer for a leading telecoms and cloud communications provider.
You will support and implement unified communications solutions including Mitel, Session Border Controllers, Cloud Voice platforms, and Teams-based connectivity solutions. The role involves working closely with a technical, customer-focused team to deliver high-quality solutions and excellent in-life customer experience.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of telecommunications, SIP and VoIP technologies, and experience in application delivery environments. You should be confident communicating with customers and colleagues, able to stay calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment.
