We are seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our team to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for producing high?quality baked goods and maintaining excellent standards across all areas of bakery production. Flexible working hours/shifts are available, with shifts starting from 2pm.
About you
You will bring relevant experience from a bakery or food production environment, with strong knowledge of breadmaking techniques, processes, and food safety regulations. Commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for food will enable you to act as a positive ambassador for our product range. You will be confident in developing new recipes and contributing creative ideas that support our business goals. Organised, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative, you will demonstrate excellent problem?solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. You are supportive of colleagues, adaptable to change, and able to multitask effectively in a fast?paced environment. Personally, you are punctual, reliable, committed, and professional, with a friendly, approachable manner and a consistently positive attitude. Your flexibility, strong work ethic, and self?motivation will ensure you thrive in this role.
