Manx Independent Carriers are looking for a depot supervisor to provide support to the Parcels department. The Depot Supervisor assists the Depot Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role will focus on coordinating workflow, optimizing productivity, supervising warehouse personnel, and upholding safety regulations to ensure the depot meets performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily loading/unloading and inventory control activities.
Enforce strict health and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Reduce inventory losses and damages.
Provide support for management teams.
