We are seeking a Senior Manager to support the establishment and ongoing operations of a new commercial office, driving revenue growth through business development and the execution of strategic commercial plans. This role will involve building operational and commercial infrastructure from the ground up, including developing proposal frameworks, case studies and efficient digital processes to enhance onboarding and conversion. You will coordinate commercial team activity, monitor pipelines and CRM reporting, support deal conversion, and ensure delivery against KPIs. The position also requires implementing governance and compliance frameworks, analysing performance data, and contributing to strategic planning focused on client growth and market expansion. Working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, compliance and legal teams, you will lead pitch preparation, pricing strategy and the development of client value propositions. The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute leader with strong business development, stakeholder management and operational experience, capable of driving performance and building scalable commercial structures.
