Junior Recruitment Consultant

Role Purpose:
To support the delivery of recruitment services by identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates, while developing the skills required to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment, with a strong focus on learning, administration, relationship-building, and delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
Job Advertising: Draft and post job adverts in line with client requirements and company standards.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.
Screening & Qualification: Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess suitability, skills, and motivations.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Client Support: Assist senior consultants in understanding client needs and delivering suitable candidate shortlists.
Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation and internal policies.
