Our client is seeking a Compliance Officer to support governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the business. Reporting to the eGaming Compliance Manager, the role involves overseeing client compliance obligations, ensuring regulatory deadlines are met, and identifying and escalating risks in line with Company procedures.
Key responsibilities include supporting gambling licence applications, onboarding, client reviews, SAR submissions, AML/CFT monitoring, and ensuring compliance with GSC returns and wider regulatory requirements. The role may also involve holding approved regulatory positions such as AML/CFT Compliance Officer and MLRO, while providing guidance to internal teams and clients on compliance matters.
You will assist with regulatory inspections, policy development, and maintaining strong relationships with regulators and stakeholders, while also mentoring junior team members and supporting team development.
The ideal candidate will have strong compliance experience, preferably within eGaming, financial services, or fiduciary services, with a solid understanding of AML/CFT legislation, Isle of Man regulatory requirements, and risk management. Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive and detail-focused approach.
