We are looking for an experienced hotel Duty Manager/Food and beverage manager seeking a move to our busy seafront hotel.
This is a very varied role overseeing our main restaurant, which caters to mostly group bookings during the summer and functions in the winter months,
as well as our hotel bar and standalone bar/restaurant.
The role will also involve hotel management duties such as covering reception, office duties and the day to day running of a busy hotel.
You will report directly to the hotel manager and foster close working relationships with our chefs and team leaders.
