We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales & Operations Manager to join our clients growing team. This varied role involves managing customer orders from enquiry through to invoicing, coordinating with factories and suppliers, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
Key duties include:
Preparing quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
Liaising with clients, factories, and shipping partners.
Monitoring production and delivery schedules.
Maintaining accurate product and customer records.
Supporting office operations and supervising staff when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational and administration skills.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
Experience in manufacturing, stock management, merchandising, or shipping/logistics (preferred).
