Food & Beverage Assistant (Seasonal).
Location: Rutland Hotel.
Contract: Seasonal – until 31st October 2026.
Hours: Split shifts, 5 days out of 7.
Looking for a fast-paced, customer-facing role where no two days are the same? Join our team as a Food & Beverage Assistant and be part of delivering great service in a busy, friendly environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing excellent service across restaurant, bar, and lounge areas.
Serving food, drinks, and delivering room service.
Supporting bar operations, including prep and stock.
Creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
Upselling products to help maximise revenue.
What we’re looking for:
A positive, can-do attitude.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work split shifts across 5 days out of 7.
Team players who can thrive in a busy environment.
