Our leading Finance Sector Client is expanding and are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Due Diligence Specialist and Legal Support professional to join their Risk, Legal & Compliance team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in corporate due diligence, legal administration, or company secretarial support.
The ideal candidate for the role of Due Diligence Specialist and Legal Support will Ideally have a minimum of two years' experience within a company secretarial, legal support, or financial services environment, good understanding of corporate legal structures, excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
