We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and positive individual to join our domiciliary care management team.
Essential Requirements:
Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or currently working towards it
Evidence of continuous professional development and ongoing learning
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in compliance management and quality assurance.
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and safeguarding practices.
Experience completing client assessments and writing care plans.
Ability to support team development through 1-1 coaching, mentoring, and staff development.
*Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
*Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
