We’re looking for an Assistant Associate (Trainee) to join our Private Wealth & Family Office team. You don’t need prior experience in fiduciary services, just a willingness to learn, a strong eye for detail and an interest in building a professional career.
This is a hands on, entry level role where you will learn by doing. You will support the team with day to day administrative and client tasks, while gradually building your understanding of trusts, companies and how we support our clients. You will be working alongside experienced colleagues who will guide you and give you the space to develop.
In this role, you will support onboarding processes including Know Your Customer and due diligence tasks, assist with preparing simple client documents and instructions, maintain accurate and up to date client records and help with transactions, forms and general administrative responsibilities. You will also be part of a collaborative team, gaining exposure to how everything fits together.
