As the HR & Payroll Co-ordinator / HR Generalist, you will support the HR function for Frank Solutions and linked company group, delivering payroll, HR administration and first-line HR advisory support to associated Group companies based in the UK.
The role supports multi-site operations covering small to medium sized payrolls with an employee population of circa 270 employees across a number of I.o.M and UK-based businesses.
This is a varied and evolving position, offering the opportunity to grow alongside the business and expand responsibility across payroll administration, HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, systems management and HR process improvement initiatives.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide professional, timely and accurate payroll and HR administrative support with co-ordinating monthly payroll submissions to outsourced payroll bureau/s / consultancy, alongside reviewing, checking and obtaining approval of monthly payrolls in collaboration with the Group HR and Finance Heads.
You may also support wider in-house payroll and finance-related HR activities, HR administration processes, and develop knowledge to provide first-line HR support to managers and employees, while also contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business
