This is an administrative role to support the Planning team, ensuring the efficient coordination, tracking, and delivery of planning activities. The role includes maintaining and updating planning systems and records, specifically 3GIS and OSS records platforms, and SharePoint, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability to support network planning and operational decision-making.
The role is also responsible for applying for road opening notices and arranging appropriate traffic management and requesting site safety prints from other utilities ensuring all street works are compliant with relevant regulations and delivered safely and efficiently.
In addition, the role involves quality checking planning outputs and documentation prior to issuing work to contractors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to required standards to support effective and error-free delivery.
Dealing with planning queries via telephone and emails.
