Job Description:
Translate strategic intent into actionable capabilities by enabling alignment, execution, and integration of strategic priorities. To ensure that strategy is understood and embedded in operational rhythms, decision-making and track strategic KPIs.
Minimum Qualification:
First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting (Required).
Post Graduate Degree in Business Commerce (Preferred).
Experience Required :
8 - 10 years experience in Business Support.
Able to demonstrate experience managing broad range of projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics.
Experience influencing and inspiring teams or business leads in driving transformational change through the delivery of strategic imperatives and operational efficiencies within a banking context operating across multiple jurisdictions.
