Abacus Trust Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trust & Company Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fiduciary services, with exposure to client administration, statutory filings, compliance processes and general corporate support.
Duties will include assisting with the administration of trusts and companies, ensuring records are accurate and up to date; preparing routine correspondence, minutes, resolutions and statutory documents; supporting client due diligence and compliance reviews in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements; maintaining electronic and paper records and support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to communication. Ideally educated to A-level and/or Degree level, with previous office or financial services experience. Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn, work collaboratively and study towards a relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.
