We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Officer to join our Client Support team.
In this role, you will assist client administration teams with customer due diligence (CDD) requirements, periodic client reviews, compliance checks, and risk screening activities. You will review client documentation, ensure regulatory and AML compliance, maintain accurate records, and support the delivery of excellent client service across a range of trust and company structures.
Key Requirements:
2–5 years' experience in trust administration or a similar client support role.
Good understanding of AML, CDD, and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
Experience with offshore trust and company structures is desirable.
Studying towards, or holding, a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA is advantageous.
