As a Team Leader, you will coordinate and oversee reconciliation activities, investigate and resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and provide reporting to management. You will also deputise for the Reconciliations Manager when required, taking responsibility for people management tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
