Do you thrive on turning ideas into meaningful business change? Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Group Change function, leading high-impact cross-functional projects that deliver real value across the business. You will manage a varied portfolio spanning digital and technology initiatives, regulatory programmes and operational improvements, taking ownership from initiation through to implementation and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. Applying strong project governance alongside Agile and Scrum delivery disciplines, you will manage risks and issues, oversee sprint planning, control budgets and maintain clear communication across stakeholders, sponsors and third-party partners. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of project management experience with hands-on Agile and Scrum delivery expertise, and the confidence to lead complex projects or multiple workstreams simultaneously. Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential, and a PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent qualification is desirable.
