Restaurant Supervisor – Indian Cuisine Restaurant.
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant. The successful candidate will lead and support the service team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards of food service, hygiene, and cleanliness, handle customer inquiries and complaints, manage staff schedules, and assist in achieving operational and sales targets.
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine and dining service preferred.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and team management abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
