Results-driven Marketing Manager responsible for the strategic marketing and brand development of a diverse group operating across property, commercial and residential real estate, retail, hospitality, and compliance software sectors. Establishing multi-brand marketing initiatives to enhance market presence, generate leads, strengthen customer relationships, and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple business divisions.
Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website content and manage external suppliers including designers, printers, photographers, and digital agencies.
Promote commercial and residential property portfolios to attract tenants.
Support retail businesses with promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and seasonal marketing activities.
Brand development and communication for a compliance focused software provider to regulated businesses.
Assist in co-ordinating events, networking opportunities, and business development.
