Legal Counsel. As a business-facing lawyer you will play a key role in identifying, managing, and mitigating legal, regulatory, and corporate governance risks. Your work will enable the business to achieve strategic and commercial objectives, always in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You'll provide professional, independent, and high-quality legal advice and support to a range of business functions. Key Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) and post-qualification experience. Attorney-at-Law, qualified Manx advocate, solicitor, or barrister, with LL.M or suitable qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in insurance legal and regulatory environments. Strong problem-solving abilities. Background in corporate functions and transactions legal management.
