Hours typically 12–15 hrs per week — 3 daytime shifts per week, shift times: 11:00 – 15:00 / 15:30 may include occasional additional hours/days to cover holidays/absences.
Role summary: Support the kitchen team by keeping the workspace clean, handling dishwashing and basic food prep, and ensuring supplies and equipment are ready for service.
Key duties:
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Clear and clean workstations, floors, and waste areas. Assist with basic prep (peeling, chopping, portioning) as needed
Receive and store deliveries; maintain stock rotation and cleanliness.
Skills & qualities:
Reliable, punctual, and able to work at a steady pace. Good team player with attention to hygiene and safety standards. Physically fit for standing, lifting, and fast-paced kitchen work.
