Front of House Team Members are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, operating the bar, preparing drinks, handling payments, resetting tables and maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Applicants should be enthusiastic, reliable, well presented and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
