Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team within the financial services sector.
This is a senior and proactive role responsible for leading the Compliance function, supporting a strong compliance culture, and ensuring the organisation continues to meet its regulatory and governance obligations.
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day activities of the Compliance Department, develop and maintain effective compliance frameworks, oversee monitoring programmes, support risk management activities, and provide guidance and training to colleagues across the business. The role will also include DMLRO responsibilities and supporting AML compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a senior compliance role, with proven experience managing teams and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, internal controls, corporate governance, and data protection requirements.
You will be a confident communicator with excellent analytical skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proactive approach to improving compliance practices within a financial services environment.
