We are looking for a results focused Manager to join our Restructuring Advisory team at FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd. You will work on a wide range of assignments across both advisory and formal engagements. You will take a lead role in managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including, liquidations, receiverships, CVL’s and MVL’s ensuring statutory compliance whilst being responsible for stakeholder engagement throughout.
You will manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, overseeing case progression from appointment through to closure while ensuring compliance with relevant insolvency legislation. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams across concurrent projects, delegating work effectively, reviewing outputs, and providing technical guidance where required. You will liaise with a range of stakeholders including directors, creditors, legal advisors, accountants and agents, undertake investigations into financial and legal matters, and prepare high-quality reports and presentations for both internal and external audiences. In addition, you will support the development of team members, contribute to training initiatives, process improvements and technical updates, and apply strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills to identify risks, develop practical solutions and recognise opportunities to support client needs and business growth. A balance of strategic thinking, attention to detail and strong leadership capability will be essential for success in the role.
