Quality Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support ongoing Production programs.
Prime responsibilities are:
Develop a solid understanding of specific Quality requirements to ensure that all Customer expectations are met at all times.
Develop CMM programs and analyse results to ensure process capability is achieved and maintained.
Ensure First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation supporting specific products are compiled to AS9102 as required.
Support product inspection activities as required using first principle measuring.
Plan, lead and execute Quality investigations as required using RCCA, 8D and other techniques to effectively analyse problem root cause and prevent recurrence.
Conduct Quality audits in support of the ongoing Quality audit program as required.
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Aerospace Quality in a Quality role.
Experience writing CMM programs in PCDMIS.
Experience completing FAI to BS9102 using Visual FAIR software.
Previous experience of Engineering Quality aspects and implementation.
Ability to perform first principle measurement.
