Skilled Griding Setter/Operator

Fully competent and experience within various grinding techniques including Cylindrical and Creep feed.
Must have experience on Studer S31 Universal Grinder with Quick Set Software.
Ability to set, operate and program.
Excellent Problem Solver with the Ability to select / recommend correct grinding wheels for appropriate job / materials.
Ability to trouble shoot common grinding problems and recommend solutions.
Set up and run CMM checking programmes.
Work to tight tolerances / customer standards imperial / metric.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Additional skills/experience in other machining techniques would be advantegeous.
