Business Analyst - FTC

Our client seeks a Business Analyst to join their team for a minimum of 12 months Fixed Term Contract. Working across areas including KYC/AML, data and core banking, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Front Office, Operations, IT, Risk and Compliance. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of change initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to both business and technology while developing your analytical and project delivery skills. Key Skills and Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information and identify practical solutions. Previous experience within financial services, wealth management or a project environment would be beneficial but is not essential. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation. Ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. An interest in business analysis, project delivery, process improvement and change management. Ability to gather and document business requirements in a clear and structured manner. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. An understanding of business processes, operational workflows and customer journey principles would be advantageous.
