The Empress Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Manager to join our management team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor or manager who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hotel during your shift, ensuring high standards of guest service, supporting all departments, and acting as the senior manager on duty when required.
No two days are the same. From overseeing weddings and conferences to supporting restaurant service, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring health and safety compliance, you will play a key role in the success of the hotel.
