Chef: Prepare and cook high-quality meals, maintain food hygiene and manage kitchen duties. Skills/Experience: Previous chef experience, good cooking skills, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
Commis Chef: Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking and keeping the kitchen clean. Skills/Experience: Basic kitchen experience preferred, good hygiene knowledge, reliable and willing to learn.
Waiter/Waitress: Take orders, serve food and drinks, assist customers and keep dining areas clean. Skills/Experience: Good communication and customer service skills; previous experience preferred but not essential.
