General Manager (Pub with Rooms)

We're looking for an experienced, passionate and commercially minded General Manager to lead one of our heritage pubs and help shape its next exciting chapter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader who loves great food, quality drinks, exceptional service and being part of their local community. You'll take full ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business, leading and developing your team, driving sales and profitability, maintaining high standards and creating memorable experiences for guests. Supported by one of the Isle of Man's most established hospitality businesses, you'll have the freedom to make your mark while leading a pub that sits at the heart of its community.

In addition to running a successful pub operation, you'll play a key role in preparing the business for the future introduction of guest accommodation, helping to create a destination venue for both locals and visitors. Working closely with Head Office, you'll support marketing initiatives, business development opportunities and plans for the accommodation launch, ensuring the venue is ready to maximise its potential when the rooms open. We're looking for a proven hospitality leader with strong commercial awareness, a passion for great customer service and the drive to build a successful business. In return, we offer a competitive salary package, General Manager bonus scheme, pension, staff discounts and development opportunities within one of the Isle of Man's leading hospitality businesses. Accommodation may be available for the successful candidate, subject to availability, and relocation support can be considered for the right applicant.
