We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team at Chef D’ Pedro in Douglas, Isle of Man. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining food quality and consistency, managing kitchen preparation, monitoring stock levels, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, and assisting with daily kitchen operations. Applicants should have 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience, good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, and strong teamwork and organisational skills. Experience preparing Asian dishes would be an advantage.
