Key Responsibilities
As a Front of House team member at Gandhi Restaurant, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking food and drink orders, and providing friendly, attentive and professional table service. You will ensure customers enjoy an excellent dining experience, respond confidently to enquiries, handle payments accurately and maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment. You will also work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, particularly during busy periods.
