Our client seeks an experienced Client Services Senior Manager to manage a growing portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. This position presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to enjoy a varied and rewarding role within a vibrant and expanding CSP. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management and oversight of a varied portfolio of clients. Building and overseeing client relationships. Ensuring efficient and high quality delivery of service to clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise with clients, professional advisors and team members at all levels. Review contracts/agreements for clients, referring to specialist departments where necessary. Take an active role in training and mentoring members of your team. Work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team. Comply with all external regulations and internal policies and procedures. Key Skills & Experience: 8 years minimum experience within the Corporate Service Provider sector. Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and autonomous, capable of managing tasks independently. Initiative and willingness for personal and business develop.
Willingness to be on the board of client corporate director, and open to potential individual client director appointment.
