Bradda View Care Home are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the team, to be responsible for undertaking food preparation tasks, as directed by the Chef/Head Chef, preparing ingredients and simple dishes. Kitchen Assistants will also be responsible for servicing food to residents.r

Key Responsibilities include;-r
- Preparing ingredients for dishes.r
- Washing and slicing fruit and vegetables.r
- Cooking ingredients according to directions received by the Chef/Head Chef.r
- Keeping all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils clean and in order.r
- Managing store rooms and cold rooms.r
- Preparation of residents' food trays and trollies.r
- Maintain high standards of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.r
- Cleaning and tidying workstations and equipment.r
