Summerhill View Care Home are looking for a Chef, to work with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to create nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced menus for our residents, to a high standard. r
r
Key Responsibilities include;-r
- Prepare a range of meals and snacks for Service Users, being aware of and be able to cater for a range of diets, including Service Users with specific dietary requirements.r
- In-conjunction with the Health Care staff, ensure that food is provided to the correct consistency for Service Users with swallowing difficulties, ensuring that this food is appealing for the Service User.r
- Ensure facilities are available and for Service Users to be able to access drinks and snacks in-between meals.r
- Stock ordering, as and when required.r
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, hygienic, and safe working environment at all times.r
- Maintain high standards of Infection Prevention and Control, Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety.r
