As a Contact Lens Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with the day to day operations of the contact
lens business. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Providing excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional service at all times.You will be assisting the Optometrist with pre-­testing, booking appointments, teaching contact lens insert and removal techniques, Managing contact lens payment plans and being a driving force behind the contact lens sales and growth of this department . Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information. Ensuring the stores clinical environment is clean and presentable at all times, Contributing to the overall success of the store. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer facing role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. A positive, can do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. The ability to work well in a team. An interest in optics and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
